Players are quirky family (or found-family) members whose personalities swing between extremes as they tackle increasingly absurd challenges together. Whether you're a nuclear family in moon-base suburbia or a found-family of cryptid detectives, you'll work together (and sometimes against each other) to complete the episode's A Plot and B Plot.

Atomic Family is a Game Master-less TTRPG for 3+ players that uses standard playing cards, paper, and writing utensils. The players take turns playing their characters and being the Directors of each Scene. The game is played over an Episode, made up of Scenes, lasting however long the Directors want to play. The Directors decide when a Scene or the Episode is over. The players work together to resolve both the A and B Plot before the end of the Episode.
